So we're well into this story already. Hope you're enjoying. Think by your responses the characters are coming across as I'd hope. Rebecca is very strong, but very unloved...not sure she believes she could love or be loved, Nate is confident, cool, calm...but never met anyone like her. This story is all about them coming together and the barriers and obstacles they have to negotiate.
Samaira T - the opinions of her friends will be come apparent, but wanted that to be as confusing to the reader as it is to Bec, so glad that you were unsure.
Annie - it's a bit of both, in that they are more protective of her than most friends, AND his father is awful. But the question is can they get past all that?
Mal K - Welcome to my world is right, there's a lot of crossing the line for the next few chapters, interesting to see how you feel it goes!
