Surprise???

Ha ha, so this was such a big surprise? I'm with IrieJam on this one, come on guys....forbidden lovers, snowed in alone in a country manor...Christmas?? Was inevitable wasn't it? :D

Maybe this was a bit quick, but saying that, they were best friends, so that kind of supersedes the need to court in the old fashioned way somewhat I feel...and I don't do convention do I??

And yes, the important thing here is the aftermath...holed up alone they can do and be what they want to be, but there's the intervention of family and friends and the real world once this holiday is over.

Will be posting Chapter 28 today, but not quite finished yet, check back a little later.
